About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled, energetic and guest-focused Bartender to join our Front of House team.

- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our cocktail menu, spirits, beers and other beverages.
- Make recommendations and answer guest questions about drinks.
- Provide friendly, attentive and professional service to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized and properly stocked bar throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Handle cash and payments accurately when required.
- Check identification and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff and management.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Follow all restaurant, health, safety and liquor service standards.
- Work efficiently and maintain quality during busy service periods.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a bar, enjoys interacting with guests and can keep their cool when the bar gets busy.


  • Previous bartending experience is required.

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Friendly, confident and professional attitude.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Availability for late-night shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays until approximately 3:00 AM, is required.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

  • Serving It Right certification is required.

  • FOODSAFE Level 1 is an asset.

  • Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
