About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic and people-focused Full-Time Shift Leader to help lead our Front of House team and ensure smooth restaurant operations throughout each shift.

As a Shift Leader, you will support the team, maintain service standards and help create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the Front of House team during shifts.
- Coordinate servers, bartenders and support staff.
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety and service standards are maintained.
- Assist with cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team.
- Lead by example and help maintain a positive, professional and energetic work environment.

Requirements

A natural leader who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in creating great guest experiences.

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is required.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lead by example and support a team during busy service periods.

  • Full-time availability is required.

  • Availability for evening and late-night shifts is required, including Fridays and Saturdays until approximately 3:00 AM.

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays ( if needed).

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a valid SIN number.

  • Serving It Right certification is required.

  • FOODSAFE Level 1 is an asset.

  • Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
